6sxi's Terms and Conditions — In plain English

1. Introduction & Definitions

6sxi (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "the Company") provides an online betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 6sxi website, mobile application, and all related services.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on 6sxi, the following requirements must be met. These conditions are mandatory for all members, with no exceptions.

Age Verification

During registration, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. 6sxi strictly prohibits minors from gaming and may request a government-issued ID for verification. Registering with a false age will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of wallet funds.

Single Account Policy

Only one 6sxi account is permitted per person, household, or device. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed, and deposited funds may not be refunded.

Providing Accurate Information

All details provided at registration — including your name, date of birth, and mobile number — must be accurate and truthful. Providing incorrect or false information may hinder account verification and result in withheld withdrawals.

3. Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

All financial transactions on 6sxi are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). We currently support Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket mobile banking methods.

Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed on the account before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Withdrawals are generally processed via the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• 6sxi may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.

4. Betting Rules & Regulations

The following rules apply when placing bets on 6sxi. These rules apply equally across all betting types — Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games.

Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is submitted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If a bet fails to register due to internet disconnection or a system error, 6sxi bears no financial liability. Please ensure your internet connection is stable before placing a bet.

Market Rules

Each market in Sports Betting has its own rules. If a match is cancelled or ends before the scheduled time, bets are generally refunded — though specific markets may have different rules.

Maximum Win Limit

6sxi sets a maximum daily winning limit per single bet. This limit may vary depending on the sport or casino game. Please refer to the relevant section of the platform for details.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6sxi regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. These bonuses add extra value for members, but certain important conditions apply when using them.

Welcome Bonus

Wagering Requirement

• Most bonuses may require wagering of 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 7 to 30 days of receiving the bonus, or the bonus will be forfeited.
• Some games contribute fully or partially toward the wagering calculation.

Bonus Abuse

If 6sxi determines that a member is abusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts or using a VPN to claim bonuses repeatedly — the relevant bonuses and winnings will be voided and the account may be closed.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 6sxi. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with a fake ID or false information.
• Using any software, bot, or automated method to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the game or betting system.
• Colluding with other members or participating in match fixing.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass restrictions.
• Intentionally exploiting any system error or bug for personal gain.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

6sxi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• If the account is at risk for security reasons.

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.

8. Responsible Gaming Policy

6sxi reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify members in advance via their registered mobile number or through a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
